The calendar will set you free. As good as you think your systems are, wait till you hire a virtual assistant, you’re going to realize holy cow! There’s more to do. Because when you have to explain something to somebody through email, it just has to be more detailed and granular. Does that make sense? So, for today’s meeting, um, for today’s meeting, you know, we’ve got the calendar appointment, who all is invited, where it’s happening and then we attach all the relevant documents to every meeting. So, not only does your calendar serve as a good tool now, you can always refer back to it. So, next year when you do the next meeting you say what did we do last year? Well the whole plan is sitting there, ok, alright. So build your, so think of any, you have your plan for recurring tasks. So, the ones you’re going to leverage, let’s build your digital recurring systems first, digitals the key.
