Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
I've had this conversation with you before. We implement small, implement small first. Let's get, we work from the bottom of the organizational chart, we said this to you so many times, we're like hey guys let's process map, because if we told you were gonna work from the bottom up, that doesn't sound sexy but if we process map, that's sexy. That's code for, we're gonna work from the bottom up. Okay, we want to implement small, we want to create a map. Look at every box on the map and say, how do we make that line a little better? Alright, and so we look for these incremental improvements, you're gonna do the same. That's how you break out, okay. So if I told you, in order to be healthy, live a long life, you're going to eat 50 pounds of vitamins in your life. What do you think?, you start choking vitamins, or you take one tiny one each day. We're gonna implement small!
