The way I started in my coaching career was I learned and got certified under other peoples methodology so I was a Tony Robbins coach, I did situational leadership coaching that was develop by Ken Blanchard, I did coaching based on Dale Carnegie's leadership principles, Diathesis methodology all behavioral assessment and so people would either come to me because they know of me or they came through you know either Tony Robbins or Ken Blanchard or Steven Franklin Covey because they wanted that methodology and then I was one of their certified coaches or was trained in their models.
