Attributes, behaviors and values in alignment with mission, vision and purpose.

Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

The third part of the business discovery process are the attributes defined as the 'what that we do.' Behaviors are the how, as we mentioned, those D, I, S and C that DISC part of discovery values are the why of discovery DISC over why. And the attributes are the what, what are the qualities that make up your personality? What do you think you're good at? What do you want to do? And will you do the job, your attributes will determine what it is you do within the company because you will gravitate towards what you think you're good at, because you say you like it, and you like it because you think you're good at it. So alignment in the discovery process requires that the behaviors and the values and the attributes are in alignment with your mission, vision, values and purpose. This sounds like a daunting task. It is not. It's very simple. You do your stage one planning, you align to your MVP planning. You hire your mirror and the attributes, the values and the behaviors fall right into place.
